Information on Candidates Personnel Selection

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR or Regulation), we inform you that your personal data freely provided by you will be processed by Istituto Gentili S.r.l. (the "Company"), with registered office in Milan, Via San Giuseppe Cottolengo n. 15, cap. 20143, Italy, mainly with IT or telematics, exclusively for the performance of personnel selection and evaluation activities, in the interest of the Company.

The data is collected by sending information relating to their professional experience by e-mail by the interested parties in the form of a Curriculum Vitae ("CV"). This can be done by spontaneous application to the addresses made available on the Company's website. The legal basis legitimizing the processing is art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b), GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same. Also pursuant to art. 111-bis, Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent is not required.

The provision of data is optional. It should be noted, however, that failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Company to consider the candidacy of the data subject in the context of any personnel selection and evaluation procedure. The CVs received will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the year in which they were received; if you are still interested in submitting your application, you will necessarily have to send it again.

We also inform you that the data you freely provide will be processed exclusively by personnel authorized by the Data Controller and will not be disseminated.

Finally, we remind you that, pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning you, to obtain information on the origin and purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, limitation, integration of data as well as the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the Regulation exists. You have the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, you can contact the Data Controller by writing to Istituto Gentili S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Via San Giuseppe Cottolengo n. 15, cap. 20143, Italy, or by sending an e-mail message to privacy@istitutogentili.com, or to the Group DPO who can be contacted at dpo@mediolanum-farma.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or to take legal action if you believe that the data processing is in violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
